Laura Jackson Young is a 2010 Bentley graduate with a BS in Managerial Economics. She earned her PhD in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is now an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at Bentley.

Emily Hunt graduated with the Class of 2017 where she received her Bachelors of Science in Economics & Finance with an LSM in American Studies. Emily currently works in PwC’s Valuation group in Boston, MA. At PwC, Emily works with companies to provide valuation services related to business operations and intangible assets for acquisition and restructuring purposes. In Emily’s free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and visiting new cities around the world.

Jessica Tait is the Senior Finance Manager for Protected Communication Systems (PCS) at Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems (SAS).  Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN), with 2018 revenues of $27 billion and 67,000 employees, is a technology and innovation leader specializing in defense, civil government and cybersecurity solutions throughout the world.

In her current role, Jessica is responsible for leading the financial management and execution of a portfolio of programs with 2018 revenues of over $400M.  Prior to her current position, Jessica was a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Raytheon Corporate.  Before that, she held numerous finance positions of increasing responsibility across Raytheon Company.  Jessica joined Raytheon in 2006 as part of Raytheon’s Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP) after receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Economics-Finance from Bentley University.  Jessica also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Bentley University.

Working at Ernst & Young, Piper Wolff is within the FSO sector, focusing on risk analysis of large financial institutions. She graduated in 2019 and received her BS in Managerial Economics with a concentration in International Business and minors in Computer Science and International Affairs. Post-grad, she will be additionally taking classes to achieve 150 credits so that she will be able to sit for the CPA exam.

Monica Redondo Moro graduated in 2019 with a BS in Economics-Finance. After graduation, she will begin working at PwC in Boston as a Risk Assurance associate. As an international student from Spain, she is currently hoping to stay in the U.S. in the following years but would love to share insight about her experiences as a Bentley student to any future graduates.

Palak Devi graduated from Bentley in 2020, majoring in Economics-Finance with a minor in History. On campus, she was a MOSAIC ambassador, a Trading Room analyst, and a member of the South Asian Student Association. She also was the 2020 recipient of the Alexander Zampieron Award given to the top graduating senior from the Economics Department. She is now working at Goldman Sachs in NYC as an analyst in their Corporate Treasury department.

Arielle Flynn graduated in 2020 with a double major in Economics-Finance and an LSM in Quantitative Perspectives. During her time at Bentley, she helped found the Bentley Sustainable Investment Group and successfully secured $450,000 for the club. She is now working in New York City as an Investment Banking Analyst for Financial Technology Partners, which is a boutique investment bank that exclusively focuses on the Financial Technology space.

Edith Joachimpillai graduated from Bentley University in 2012 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics-Finance with minors in Mathematics and Mandarin. After graduation, Edith worked for the Brookings Institution, an organization that is consistently ranked the world’s best think-tank according to “The Global Go-To Think Tank” index produced annually by the University of Pennsylvania. She founded, owns, and manages Copper and Cobalt, a global consulting firm in the Boston area.

Stacie Southern graduated from Bentley in 2012 with a major in Economics-Finance. She has a career in investment management and currently works for Cambridge Trust in Boston as an investment analyst. She reads, discusses, and thinks about economics every day as it relates to investments and the stock market. Stacie is also a CFA charterholder.

Yiyi Xia graduated from Bentley in 2010 with her BS in Economics-Finance. She later went on to earn her MBA with a Healthcare Certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management. In 2020, she joined Alexion Pharmaceutical as Director of Patient Innovation and Strategy. Prior to this, Yiyi spent 10 years as a Life Science leader at Deloitte Consulting.

​Meg Berry graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor's in Marketing, and was very actively involved with the Service Learning program. Meg is currently the Vice President of Demand Generation at Axonius, a cybersecurity startup, and previously held demand-focused roles at Cybereason, Virgin Pulse, Bright Horizons, and Experian. She is also a contributing author & speaker on topics ranging from workplace diversity, equal pay, and scaling marketing teams.
